Quick answer
Honest Clean Conscious Diapers So Delish Size 5 are a solid daytime choice for toddlers who are ready for a larger fit, offering up to 100% leak protection and a soft feel. Move up to Size 5 when you notice red marks, frequent leaks, or the tabs no longer sit flat.
Why Size 5 might be the right fit for your toddler
Size 5 is typically a transition point for active toddlers. The key is not just weight but how the diaper sits on your child’s body. If the waistband leaves marks or the tabs overlap the sides, it’s a sign the diaper is too small. Honest Clean Conscious Diapers in Size 5 are designed to keep baby comfortable and dry through wiggles and wobbles, so they work well for toddlers on the move.
What to expect from absorbency during the day
Honest Size 5 diapers use Comfort Dry Technology to deliver up to 100% leak protection. For daytime use, that means you can rely on them through play, naps, and outings without constant changes. However, if your toddler is a heavy wetter or sleeps longer stretches, you may need a more specialized overnight diaper. For daytime, the absorbency is generally sufficient.
The So Delish print: a small detail that helps
The So Delish print is a cute, food-themed design that makes diaper changes a bit more fun. While the print doesn’t affect performance, it can be a nice way to engage a squirmy toddler during changes. Each diaper features a super cute print, so you can expect a consistent look.
Common questions about Size 5
- When should I move my toddler to Size 5 diapers?
- Move up when you see red marks around the waist or thighs, frequent leaks (especially at the legs), or the tabs no longer fasten comfortably. Weight ranges are a guide, but fit is the best indicator. Check for red marks after each change—they’re the clearest sign it’s time to size up.
- Are Honest Size 5 diapers good for daytime use?
- Yes. They are designed for daytime wear with up to 100% leak protection and a soft, comfortable feel. For overnight or extended sleep, consider a dedicated overnight diaper if your toddler is a heavy wetter. Use Size 5 during the day; switch to an overnight option if you notice leaks after long sleeps.
- What makes the So Delish print special?
- The So Delish print is a playful, food-themed design that adds a bit of fun to diaper changes. It’s purely aesthetic—performance and fit are the same as other prints in the same size. Choose So Delish if you want a cheerful print; it doesn’t change how the diaper works.
- How absorbent are Honest Size 5 diapers?
- They feature Comfort Dry Technology for up to 100% leak protection, which is generally sufficient for daytime wear. Change promptly after bowel movements and at regular intervals to maintain skin health. For heavy wetters, pair with frequent changes or a booster for extra security.
- Are these diapers safe for sensitive skin?
- Honest Clean Conscious Diapers are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Certified, meaning they’ve been third-party tested for 350 harmful chemicals. This makes them a suitable choice for babies with delicate skin. If your baby has persistent rash, consult a pediatrician—certification reduces risk but doesn’t guarantee no reaction.
